ADD A HIGHLIGHT FILM FOR £500

Highlight films are available as an add-on to both full-day and hourly wedding photography. For full-day weddings with multiple locations or larger celebrations, I strongly recommend including a second photographer to ensure every part of your day is covered beautifully. For shorter, hourly weddings, your highlight film will naturally be a little shorter too.

There’s no need to decide straight away. If you’d like to add a highlight film after booking your wedding photography, you can do so at any point up to one month before your wedding day.

HIGHLIGHT FILM FAQs

A few things couples often ask when considering booking a hybrid photo and highlight film package.

Yes. I photograph and film your wedding myself, creating a cohesive collection of images and video from your day. For larger weddings or celebrations with lots happening at once, I recommend adding a second photographer to ensure everything is captured beautifully.

Not at all. Photography always comes first, and your gallery is never compromised in pursuit of video. Your highlight film is designed to complement your photographs, capturing the movement and atmosphere that still images naturally cannot.

Where possible, yes. I’ll record audio from your ceremony and speeches and include it where it naturally enhances the story of your day. Every wedding is different, so I don’t guarantee audio throughout, but I always look for opportunities to weave in those personal moments.

If having a complete recording of your ceremony and speeches is important to you, I’d recommend hiring a dedicated wedding filmmaker. My highlight films focus on capturing the feeling and atmosphere of your day rather than a lengthy video. I’d be happy to recommend trusted filmmakers whose work I admire.

A full day highlight film will typically be around 5-7 minutes long. If you’re going for hourly coverage, a rough guide is around 1 minute per hour I’m with you.

For many couples, no. Alongside your photography, your highlight film and preview reel provide a complete collection of stills and motion. It also means your day is documented by just me (and a second photographer where needed), allowing everything to unfold naturally without a larger production team.
