Bride and groom walking through the National Museum of Scotland

A very special wedding at the National Museum of Scotland

In May I was trusted to photograph a wedding that was very special to me, my sister Melanie and her now husband Adam. They were married in front of a few close friends and family at the City Chambers in Edinburgh, followed by a very fun stroll down to the National Museum of Scotland for their reception. The bride was stunning and the groom handsome, the Edinburgh tourists turned out in force to make them feel like celebrities and the weather was glorious. We didn’t need much else. But a wander around the stunning National Museum of Scotland after closing, and me having a genuine reason to stay on and party with the guests (as I have wanted to at so many other weddings!) made it a day to remember. I hope you enjoy this little snapshot of it.
